Not petite
I thought I had finally found some petite jeans, but these are not petite. They are so long. Also, I could tell they’re not the usual Joe jeans. The zipper was cheap and the material felt cheap. Don’t shop at the rack if you want to buy the original designer items I had heard that they make cheaper items that go to the rack. I guess that’s true.

I am 5'1" with a very short rise. These petite Provocateur jeans fit perfectly. They hit my waist in the right place, the cut of the leg is slender, and most of the time the finished length does not requie hemming.

Love the wash! Fit different to other Provocateur
This wash is just perfect. I love it so, so much and so I'm sad these didn't work. This pair was at least 1 inch longer than my other petite Provocateur in color 'Sure Thing.' That would've been doable but also this awesome wash was done in 98% cotton (compared to my other pair with 7% Elastane). Overall they just felt heavier and less shapely through the knees which didn't flatter me. Perhaps it was just the pair I got. I would try these if you like the wash--I think they are adorable.
