The Mia Scrunch Off-the-Shoulder Midi Dress

It’s a simple black dress with ruching to make it slightly more special. No zippers on it though so it’s an over the head dress. A smooth feeling of fabric. I’m not a true medium (in between sizes) but it hugged me on the chest area and was a bit loose around the stomach area so just an fyi for those who may be looking for that kind of look. It’s not a snatched look unless you buy true to size.
