Love the tulip hem
I saw a young woman wearing the skirt and I thought “what a unique jean skirt with the tulip hem”. I asked her the brand, she told me and I immediately ordered it. Sadly, my size was sold out so I sized down hoping the stretch would help it fit. It didn’t and I had to return it. Joe’s was amazing in facilitating the online return for me.
