Ruffle Halter Minidress

I am usually in between 12 or 14, but accidentally ordered a 16, so it was way too big. So I can’t be spot on about fit- but the color was like the picture, the dress is not too short and I’m 5’7”. It does have a low back but maybe bc it’s a 16, and the ruffles hid the nipples. This brand usually runs large, so 2 sizes larger was didn’t let me see a true fit, but it didn’t give me much of a waist. But it is a cute dress… doesn’t look cheap, and in the right size probably very sexy.
