Nice Summer Dress but TIGHT

This is a nice firm fitting dress. 90+% cotton with lots of stretch. Cool during summer. Hugs close to body, so will accentuate every curves, as well as bumps. I am a true L, but moved up one size to hide those bumps. Still looked good. The blue isn't as royal blue a picture but more like a medium blue. Looked good with a pair of sandals
