False Advertising/ Lies
The description says "pump-sized" which would be the larger pump bottle but it's just the smaller 10oz bottle. That's the same price as department stores. And to keep you from returning it after you discover the deception they make it Final sale. Also deceitful because that words ”final sale” implies it's on sale in some way. Way to rip off your customers Nordstrom Rack.

Replace the Pump
Great product with a very nice aroma. However the pump isn't easy to use. I pour it into a smaller squeeze bottle and it is far easier to use

Pleasant scent
Order this knowing that it should have been a pump bottle of Jack Black Reserve. Received product and it is a tube @10oz. Description is not what is shows. Other than that, it is a good body wash for me, not really into using same product for my hair and body. So, use something different for my hair.
