Tear after first use, warranty not honored
This suitcase is very flimsy. It had a tear after the first use. I contacted the warranty section of IT and sent them numerous requested items along with pictures, receipts, hang tags etc. They would not honor until the tear got larger. It shouldn't tear in the first place! Nordstrom was amazing with the return of course- as they always are.
