There was a problem with the first pair of moccasins that were delivered. Isotoner sent a replacement pair, which are really nice comfortable moccasins that I enjoy wearing. As there was a problem with the first pair, I didn't have to send them back, saving me some time and effort. Isotoner is a great company to do business with. I've been wearing their house shoes for years, and it worked out a lot better buying these moccasins directly from the company versus trying to get them in a retail store, which are usually in pretty short supply unless you're doing shopping around the Christmas holidays. Their customer service did a great job for me, which pretty much says it all in my book. Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend. They seem to be of good quality, time will tell. All of the Isotoner house shoes I had in the past were great. Yes, these moccasins fit well. I was looking for moccasins that weren't too costly, and these fit the bill. I am a 65 year old woman, living in north east Alabama
