Disappointed
Wanted to love this for the color and brand. Unfortunately worst travel experience ever using this suitcase. 1st suitcase had to return because the handle that pulls up to roll it was stuck and would not go down. 2nd one I went to retrieve off baggage carousel only to find out handle was missing/gone. Had to navigate balance of trip with no handle. Extremely disappointed. Have not written an online review before, but felt compelled to share. Do NOT buy this suitcase.

Poor quality - side split after 2 trips
These suitcases look great, but the quality is very poor. After only 2 trips (non-stops so not lots of additional handling) the side of the suitcase split where the zipper joins the hardcase, rendering the bag unusable.
Seems reasonable a suitcase would cost less than $50+ per use. We are not talking Louis Vuitton here, but I expected Nordstrom to have better quality items.
And, since I'm past the Nordstrom Rack return policy there's nothing I can do except add it to the landfill
