It doesn't really work
It tracks steps just fine but does not track sleep or interact with notifications or anything. I guess it is worth the cheap price though if you don't care about those things.

Please know that our watches monitor sleep from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Sleep data is generated for any sleep during these hours. We're developing features to customize sleep tracking times. Currently, this is the only option available. As to the notifications, go to "Notifications" and enable the apps you want to receive notifications from.
