Holds temp really well

Expected better from this brand

Ice in the cooler melted in less than 2 hours, then the melted ice leaked through zipper.

Huge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought 5 & 8L, the 5L is plenty big for lunch and a snack. The 8L is huge (won’t fit in a backpack if there are books or a computer) but I’ll keep it for lunch for me and my kids.

Add a shoulder strap and ill buy several.

Love everything but lack of shoulder strap. It kills it for me. Perfect size just need a strap. Dont want the bigger coolers/lunchboxes need this size. Plus a strap. The technology exists yall, please. We have a lot of things to carry and dont have a hand for this.
