Defective and slow return
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the item with a defective cap. This is normally not a big deal. It happens. But It’s been almost 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund for the returned item

Good but
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the top and I’ve had no leaks. Wasn’t sure I was going to like the straw but I did. Doesn’t seem to keep water as cold as my other Hydroflask containers. I’ve tried ice and putting it in the fridge.

Great bottle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the bottle but the straw top should be made tighter so it stays up when drinking. It’s so loose so needs to be held while sipping or the bottle turned a certain way. Other than that I love it! Thank you!
