They were size 38 waist but it was incredibly tight, really thought it was a mislabeled 36

Not at all true to size
Well, I have a couple pairs of the same exact shorts that I had bought in the past at TJMaxx or Marshalls, and saw they were a great price at NRack. I ordered my size (same size as the ones I have and which I still wear) and I can't get them past my legs lol, I think there about two sizes too short! Says on the label it's the "correct" size, but no way they are ture to size, and I actually have lost a little weight that I had even considered the size below! Maybe that's why there a discount but try them on first before ripping tags off in case a return is needed.
