Packable Padded Field Jacket

The jacket is wonderful, but when the intent is to use it for hiking and the pictured bag is expected to be included dont expect it to be so. I chatted with customer service who reported that the whole jacket would need to be returned in order to send the bag. As you see in the picture, there is a matching bag to the jacket and in the description it states that the jacket is packable in a bag. Am I assuming too much to expect the matching bag to be included with the jacket? Nordstrom, if there is no bag, dont state that its packable in a bag and show a bag that matches a jacket. Customer service disconnected that chate without resolving the issue.

This jacket is quite beautiful, and the quality of the material is impressive. The weight is well-balanced—neither too light nor too heavy. I initially expected it to be similar to a standard Patagonia jacket, but I discovered that it’s thicker, which could provide added warmth in cooler weather. One feature I particularly appreciate is the built-in bag within the jacket; it adds a nice touch and is very convenient for storage. Overall, it’s a solid choice! I ordered a small, and while it fits perfectly, I tend to prefer my clothes to be a bit tighter. So, I’m considering whether an extra small would have been a better option for me. If you prefer a snugger fit, I would recommend sizing down.
