Original Waterproof Chelsea Rain Boot

Ok so reviews said to size up and let me say that if you have normal sized feet (not wide or flaring out or whatever) and you have average sized calves, get your NORMAL SIZE. I’m a true size 7 and I ordered both the 7 and 8. Even with thicker socks, my normal size fits. 8 was okay, just a tad big but it did not look like clown shoes. It also was NOT hard to put on or take off (especially if you are wearing socks). Took them on and off a few times to test it out. Will be returning the size 8 and keeping the size 7. I also bought the refined style (which was slimmer) and will also be keeping my regular size 7 on those beauties.

FOR THE 3rd time ….3RD I WAS SENT THE WRONG SIZE BOOTS. AT THIS POINT ITS COMICAL BECAUSE WHOS WORKING IN YOUR WAREHOUSE AND CLEARLY NOT READING ! Makes ME WANT TO NEVER SHOP AT THE NORDSTROM BRAND AGAIN.

I was super excited to receive these boots in the mail! However, I took the advice of the website and sized down (I wear a 10.5 typically). I can't even get the boots on. Super upsetting. I definitely recommend sizing UP if you typically wear a half size. Will be returning because I can't get them on.

The ankles were so tight that I couldn’t get the 9 on. I bought them in two sizes because I’m a 9.5 and didn’t want to miss out on a great deal. I was able to get the 10 on but it was a struggle and the ankle rubbed horribly. I’ll be returning both. The color was amazing. I’m sad.

The boots themselves are fine - great Hunter quality. It’s just the color - the “Hyper Pink” is awful, just awful. It’s a terrible bright neon pink with orange undertones that makes your eyes hurt. The only upside to the color is if you’re walking in the dark, no one will run you over. Returning. These were too ugly.

Like several other reviewers, I ordered these boots and received the wrong size. I ordered size 9, but what I received in the mail were size 7. After calling & talking to a representative, I initiated a return for the incorrect pair and placed a new order. When I got the second pair of boots, they were also size 7. I have checked again and again to make sure this wasn't my mistake—it was not. The mixup could not be caused by US v. UK sizing either because the size 7 boots I received are size 5 in UK sizing (so still not a 9). It is validating to see that other reviewers have had the same problem, but it also makes the whole thing more frustrating! I'm still waiting on both refunds, and even if they had the boots I originally wanted in stock (which they no longer do), I would absolutely not order again.

Warehouse sent a size 10 twice in a row when we ordered a size 8. Should we order it a 3rd time???

Sizing is off. I preferred 1/2 size up & it was still way too tight. I am normally 8.5.

Very uncomfortable, and made my ankles bleed because of the rubbing on the sides. Would not recommend.

Well made, great fit but the boot felt way too small. For reference I am an 8 but I usually buy 9 so I can wear extra thick socks. This boot was too small with a thin sock on.

I ordered SIZE 10 on line. Received SIZE 8 in mail. I Returned SIZE 8 at the store. I assumed it was an accidental error in packing and shipping. I again ordered SIZE 10 on line. SIZE 8 was delivered. NORDSTROM RACK sent me the WRONG SIZE TWICE. Very very dissatisfied with Nordstrom Rack.
