Not waterproof
Waterproof means water cannot permeate the jacket. Rubber is usually waterproof. This jacket, albeit cute, is rubbery but not waterproof according to the Hunter label on the inside. I specifically bought this to be waterproof as I live in Oregon.

The jacket name and description state waterproof but when it arrived the tags on the jacket say water resistant. Cute jacket though.
