Received the wrong size 3 TIMES
I ordered this ring in size 7 THREE TIMES, and THREE TIMES got a size 10. The 3rd order was placed by phone and the rep. ensured me this wouldn’t happen again. It was for part of my son’s birthday and arrived on his birthday. So sad that he did not get a gift. Also so disappointed with Nordstrom Rack and the many online ordering mishaps I’ve experienced over the last few months. I give up unless…someone can help me get this ring in actual size 7, not size 10. At the least, update the website and just state it’s only available in size 10.
