Bad quality for the price
7 years ago I had bought a Herschel backpack and loved it, thus wanted a new one but it was not up to the standard. This backpack has no interior lining. The outside material does not seem resistant or good for staints for example if you place it on the floor. It has no interior pocket to put smaller things (e.g. keys, wallet, lipstick, etc.), which is very inconvenient (I was actually stolen for taking too much time trying to find something inside the backpack, as it was lost in the bottom of it). I actually went to a a place and pay extra to add a custom inside pocket. The laptop pocket is not padded. All of this was different in my previous backpack, for similar (not cheap) price. Wouldn't buy it again.
