hard to grip drawstring
beware backpack magnets dont stay in place and drawstring gadget is hard to grip and open and close very disappointed with purchase and exchange is not an option , very sad since i have been a loyal herschel customer for many years

Get the bag!!
Judging from other reviews, I saw that the bag was small but roomy enough to hold my laptop and purse. But there is also room for my lunch bag and water bottle! I love the pockets too. And it’s light weight even when full, so my back & shoulders are not sore at the end of the day. I was hoping for more of a waterproof material, but I’ve worn this bag in Midwest January rain and snow, and nothing soaked through.
If you’re thinking about getting this bag, and you need a sign…. this is your sign! Get the bag!!
