brown straps have been falling apart
brown straps have been falling apart and tiny leather like material is falling off the straps. looks like a cheap duffel bag the bag is infrequently used

Does not stay on top of suitcase
I want to love this duffel but does not stay on the “carry on” suitcase, which I envisioned it would as it has the same name. If the duffel is too top heavy, which is easy to do, the bag will sling around and fall over. The elastic is obviously too weak and will stretch easily. I’m bummed.
