Terrible Quality and no Warranty
I bought this knifes and after 3 months of regular use in a home kitchen the cables are faded, and the blading are rusting. I asked for replacement, but it was denied saying the detergent I am using is not adequate. I have several knives set, most of them chipper than this one, never have faced issues like this. The quality is bad, and the company does not cover the warranty, be advised.

Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing processes and materials; however, it does not extend to damage resulting from regular use, misuse, or care practices that are not aligned with our guidelines. We recommend following the Use & Care guidelines provided with your set to prevent rusting and fading. This includes ensuring the knives are thoroughly dried after washing and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture. Regarding the handles fading, regular dish soap should not cause issues. However, some detergents contain harsh chemicals that may impact the finish. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Medium Quality
I have been a chef for the last 40 years and have always used Henckels from the beginning. I love these knives. This new set I bought were cheaper so I guess you get what you pay for. But theses knives are not as sturdy, less heft, and put together with less attention. I guess I should have just bought them individually.

Great value
I’ve owned my knives for about 3 years and I love them. The only thing I hate is I’ve lost 2 of the steak knives and there doesn’t seem to be an exact match for a replacement.

would have given a 5 but pairing knife did not fit well in slot, seemed loose. This was a gift. The knives feel good in the hand. Very good quality.
