Top Tiras Flip Flop (Women)

I have these same sandals in the same size, but their sizing must have changed because the straps are too loose and they flop around too much. Used to be more secure. I love that these are made in Brazil and are rubber, but just can't wear them now because of the loose straps. I noticed someone else had the same complaint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my first pair of Havaianas flip flops, but after my dog chewed one of them up, I had to find a replacement. I found what I thought was a perfect match here, and ordered it. When I first took it out of the package I noticed that the straps were significantly wider than my first ones, but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was when I put them on, and the straps were excessively long and wide, sticking out the sides of the sandal. Very unattractive as well as impractical. How are they supposed to stay on my feet? I dug up one of my old ones to try on just for comparison, and saw that yes, the straps on that one were an appropriate length.
