I really liked this dress!
For stats, I am 5 “10,128 pounds,34D chest. The small fit me perfectly. I am short waisted so it hit me exactly at the waist where the elastic should be. I didn’t find anything wrong with the fabric. I know there were some complaints about it. I only paid $45 for it so I didn’t expect perfection. Good dress to wear over the summer. I recommend.
