Looks awkward on me
These are nice quality pants but unfortunately, the length looks awkward on me. At 5'7" . With the kick flare bottom, they look high water and strange (too short for regular pants but too long as a capri). They might have been better with a more tapper hemline. They would be great if they were only a few inches longer. They also run on the larger side. I purchased my usual size small and they bag out a bit in the crotch area, which isn't flattering. I might have needed a smaller size bc they stretch. Sadly, these are gong back.

Weird waistband
The fit and length was good, very similar silhouette to the kick out crop jeans from Madewell which fit me well- but a higher rise. The waistband in the back is a little weird and gaping, but I’ll cover it with a long shirt.

These are beautifully made, and seemingly wrinkle free. Thick waistband without feeling constrictive although I wish it sat a little lower as I prefer a more mid rise and these are fairly high-rise.
Have been looking for a pair of elevated black capris, and these fit the bill.
