Textured fabric No. It is Wrinkled fabric
I expect wrinkles in linen and some silkish fabrics. The video stated Textured fabric which was almost correct as it was wrinkled every where and did not seem like steaming nor low temp ironing with protector cloth would tame the dappled fabric. I did not try on. The slacks were previously worn and the bottom of the legs were dirty as if worn with shoes that were too low to lift the WHITE pants above the floor. An addt’l dirt mark on the front leg.
