The best!!!
Halfdays did it again! I've been waiting for the Tabei parka to restock in the chai color for several months now. As soon as I got that email notification of the restock I had placed my order. Seriously could not be happier with this jacket. I now have both this and the wheeler parka as well. I love them both and am so happy I stumbled across halfdays. I will never purchase another winter jacket anywhere else.

Like the idea but
Good use of material however it fits so poorly! I looked like literally a potato sack and that was sizing down. It has zero shape to it and I disliked the outside layer of matte work like material.

The perfect parka
I bought this specifically for a trip to Estes Park and, although it ended up being warmer weather than expected, this parka was perfect for the colder times. It is so stylish and warm and I seriously loved it! I can’t wait for next winter so I can wear it more.

My New Go-To Coat for Winter in a Cold Climate
Very warm and comfortable. Some people who may prefer a more fitted look believe this coat is not stylish. Not at all true! It goes very well over a pair of leggings or joggers and the oversized look is exactly right for this kind of casual look. It is my new go-to coat because during winter I lived in leggings for warmth. I love that the coat is long enough to cover my hips but short enough not to bother me when I slip into my car. The one thing I do not love about this coat is that the closure snaps are reversed from what I am used to. They are on the opposite side. The zipper, however is very easy to use and sturdy. Many coat zippers today are cheap and do not close easily. This is not the case with this coat. Great purchase. Worth the money.

perfect parka
This parka has kept me cozy - from skiing in MA to the freezing temps in NYC - could not recommend it more. The pockets are perfect, and the hood is cozy as well. I love that you can cinch the bottom so that it's snug on my legs!

Fits Oversized
I got my normal size Small & fit was oversized. Unfortunately there wasn’t a XS available otherwise I would have definitely sized down. I truly wanted to love this coat, it’s well made, super warm, has hand sleeves but the overall fit wasn’t flattering. Felt like I was wearing a men’s jacket. No shape what’s so ever. If this the look you’re going for… then get it!
