hem fell out

I LOVE how these fit but the hem fell out and for the price, I just do not think that should happen. It's not like I wore them out mountain climbing. I only have worn them to nice events. I do not live near a Nordstrom so it was a pain to go get it fixed. But they are very flattering and comfortable.
