Why does Nordstrom Rack make me lie?
I wanted to tell the truth about a watch I wore 4 times and fell apart. But between 1-4 on the rating scale you can’t write a review. So you are required to agree to 5 star review. I have this watch and the silver one that I’m complain about this watch in gold gets me comments positive so I bought the other color silver. When the watch failed and a screw that holds it together fell out I was abandoned by Nordstrom a company I had higher respect in purchasing from a legacy company. I have read the book about customer service it’s called the Nordstrom Way. What are the key points of the Nordstrom Way?
The Nordstrom Way is to focus solely and exclusively on doing whatever it takes to create a satisfied customer. The underlying philosophy and culture of the Nordstrom Way is disarmingly simple: Use your own initiative to provide customers with exceptional levels of service.
They have lost their way, shame on them. I have been a loyal consumer and payed my bill for merchandise but when something is poorly built and you point out and ask a refund it’s sad. I have also 5000 followers on Facebook and will be posting this same message. I think the message is provide the consumer with a exceptional level of service has been lost. VERY disappointed
