Nice Coat But...
Giving this 5 stars so my review doesn't get pushed to the back of the reviews had I gave it lower stars. Just to save future buyers $9.95 towards the cost of returning this coat. Please do NOT size down. This coat runs narrow and the sleeves are slim as well. I truly am a solid Medium lady and ordered a Medium but this won't zip up top- too tight around the bust area. I am slim build so the sleeves are fine and I am tall and they still are long enough BUT I need a Large. Since NR doesnt do exchanges I will return to my store and reorder this puppy in a Large. It is a beautiful coat. Love the silver accents. Hope I am saving you a delay and a return. Size up- NOT down. Also the style around the middle gives me a waistline which I don't have. Styling is nice :-)

Store does not recognize the retailer
Cost was small, I took to the store to get a bigger size and they refuses because it was not bought from a fake site. I got the invoice, but still I could not do anything.

Cozy puffer jacket
Bought this puffer jacket for my NYC trip. It was cozy and kept me warm through my trip and it was easy to care for. However, during one of our walking activities it started to rain and the jacket did absorb the rain water. and my sweater underneath was wet. Just a note it says water-resistant but it is not water proof. Otherwise, I recommend.

Do not downsize!
I’m so disappointed. I followed the directions to order one size down. I have to return this beautiful coat because it’s way too small.

Cute, But Not For Me
Debated about keeping this, but I think it needs to go back. Agree with the other reviewer that the sleeves are a bit tight. Also, it flares a bit too much at the bottom, and seems to make my butt look larger than it actually is (could be good or bad, I guess, depending). Feels like it should be pretty warm, and the zipper was actually awesome - super smooth! Might be a better fit on a different body type. I'm 5'1" and 140lbs for reference.
