Best nonstick I've ever owned
I own a full set of All-Clad stainless pans, but I didn't own a non-stick pan. I purchased my first one a few years ago. I have since added to my collection with two of these omelet pans. All I can say is WOW. I took a little time to learn to cook at a much lower heat. I use them daily.

I can't believe I paid so much for these pans to stick food? I can't cook eggs, potatoes or anything soft because it has edges where all the food sticks, if I had realized when I bought them I would ask for a refund but I didn't use them until 1 month after buying them ๐

Not sure of induction performance
It is induction ready, but the knobby bottom may not be that good. I get my range next week, so I will see. Love the ceramic coating.
