Barrel Sleeve Denim Jacket

I really wanted to love this jacket. I really liked the sleeves, the length was perfect. I am tall, 5‘9“ 145 pounds and the jacket hit me right at my hip. The quality of the denim was excellent. The problem that I had was the cinch, the material that The sent is made out of is in between rope and shoestring. I couldn’t understand why a jacket at this price point didn’t include some type of toggle feature with metal clasps of some sort to cinch the waist on this jacket. I was so confused that they constructed it this way that I almost ordered another one just to make sure that someone didn’t bamboozle me with a makeshift fix on their return. I liked this jacket so much that I kept trying it on and adjusting the waist, but because the cinch is made out of ties on the inside, like I said in between rope and shoe string, it was annoying to have to keep taking the knot in and out in order to keep it cinched. Also, if I desired to uncinch it, then I had to go through the whole untie and tie situation all over again a mess! This is not my first disappointment with Good American. I bought a pair of the Khloe jeans off the website and they fit two sizes too big but because I got them on sale I can’t return them; hence the reason why I will only buy Good American from Nordstrom. Other than this jacket and those jeans, I’ve never had a problem with Good American. The quality is silly worth the price point. But I meant what I said when I said I will only purchase their product from Nordstrom. I really should’ve taken a picture.
