I RECEIVED THIS SKIRT WITH NO TAGS & DAMAGED! I AM SHOCKED, NORDSTROM RACK WILL SEND A DAMAGED ITEM TO A CUSTOMER!!!! IF I WANTED A LOWER QUALITY/STANDARD, I WOULD HAVE SHOPPED ACCORDINGLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
