Customer Service Nightmare
I ordered this product for a photo shoot and it never arrived and was charged an extra $10 for a shipping surcharge. I had to contact customer service twice to have the charges removed. The product finally was delivered over 40 days late and its not even the correct color. I ordered brown and received black. You also need to figure out how to get into it because there is no zipper or clasp to open the jumpsuit. I now have to spend additional time returning an outfit that I did not order.

Weird Fit
The top of this is beautiful but the bottom is super tight and restricting. Doesn’t go with the design as a whole. The material is super soft and flows except at the waist. It also took 2 months to show up.

You can't get in
It is expected that you go in this outfit through the opening at the neck. I couldn't . Poor design.

Nice jumpsuit, but...
...My wife was unable to get into it. I bought it as a gift for an upcoming cruise but the opening in the neck/shoulder was entirely too small...what a shame. Returned.
