TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I ordered this dress TWICE, not only was I sent the (wrong dress) but not only did the wrong dress come by this particular brand it came (without) Tags!! I called NR and had a rep (reorder) the correct dress and ONCE AGAIN I was sent the WRONG SAME dress WITHOUT Tags! NR was not helpful at much at all other than a refund. I was left with a dress with NO tags that I may not even be able to get store credit for! How do they get away with sending the wrong items and WITHOUT tags TWICE!!! Don’t order this dress, they will send you the wrong one!
