Dolman Sleeve Maxi Dress

I first ordered the black from this dress years ago in my size M but returned it cause it was extremely tight. When it came back into stock, I got excited and new I need to order sizes up. I ordered XL in black but received the Charcoal instead. Customer service did amazing by reordering for me the black. I just got the correct color. Since I have both I will rate both. Charcoal: is more like a dark gray color and the material is a lot lighter and thinner than the black. Both back and gray feels amazingly soft but the black material came out of the bag not wrinkled while the charcoal one has wrinkle all over it. Included photo of both dresses for color purpose.

I’m 5.3, 105 lbs and small size it perfectly. Love the style of this dress but unfortunately I will return because the fabric feel thin and cheap.

poor quality, the shape is not good, short .

I absolutely love these Go Couture dresses. I bought a blue/beige (kinda tie-dye) a couple years back and finally had the good sense to look for more. It is as comfortable as wearing pajamas, but you look elegant. For me the drape and fit is perfect. I bought a size Small and I wear a size 4 pant - am just over 5.7 - about 126 lbs with a B-cup and narrow hips. The ample top will look nice with any breast size however I suspect figures that may be apple or pear in nature or those who have bulges on their hips and back of legs may not like this dress. It is very form fitting over the hips and down the top of the legs - even if you size up. The waist part gets bigger (say between a small and medium), but the form fit against the hips remains the same. I imagine that it is very "unforgiving" for some body types. If, however, you are long and lean - I own three and adore them. I preferred the original I bought with the two tone colors as it added visual texture but Black and Blue are staples so, you can't go wrong. This garment is very very comfortable! OH - one thing ... I did get one that had an odd hem. I decided I would order another small and see if the same flaw existed, it did NOT so if you get one that has a flaw - return it for the quality check. ;)

I ordered a size L they shipped a size S. I had to return the dress due to wrong size. I noticed the fabric quality was much lower than I expected. Thank you for the mistake.

Cute material a tad thin not a lot of support.

Such poor quality of this dress. I couldn’t believe that it came from Nordstrom

My wife loves it, and so do I.

I have dresses from this brand that I love. But this dress was very cheap looking, the fabric was thin and not a good fit. I ordered a medium, I’m 5’3 135 lbs and it was tight. I returned it.

Poorly made and totally paper thin -awful

The fabric is cheap and slightly shiny. It runs small but my biggest issue is that the neck line is completely different than the picture. Not a drop shoulder.

I had this dress 2 years ago and absolutely loved it. I am 5’10 and this is probably the only maxi dress I’ve ever found that’s long enough! I was happy to find they still sold it so I re-ordered it but received a dress I got had clearly been worn. There were imbedded carpet fibers and pilling along the entire bottom hem! was appalled. I exchanged it and was shocked to either have the unlucky misfortune to get the exact damaged dress again, another worn item. This one has a small hole on the skirt which looks and feels like a cigarette burn! I am just in disbelief. Does ANYONE check the garments before they are shipped??? I’ve shopped at Nordstrom for over 30 years and have never had anything like this to happen. What a huge disappointment—TWICE! I am so disappointed. We’re leaving for Miami in a week and I wanted to take this dress. It’s super comfy, lightweight, and looks great with anything from heels to boot to flip-flops. I’m so sad.
