Men's Giromondo Blue Dial Bracelet Watch, 40mm

I have purchased several watches from Nordstrom Rack. This is the first one I purchased that did not have the warranty card or the owners manual with it. I reached out to customer service and I was told that those items are not typically with the purchased item. I was disappointed that they weren’t able to get me the paperwork that belonged to this watch. It was bought as a gift and of course, who wants a Swiss timepiece without the owner’s manual and warranty card. They never offered to get me another one from a watch in stock over even say, hey we’re sorry about your purchase not having that material with it, how’s about we give you a partial refund and you keep the watch. I was told I had 40 days to return for a refund. If I return it, I’m sure they’re not going to be able to sell the watch without the paperwork that they sold it to me for. Once again, how about a partial refund? 50% would be appropriate for something that doesn’t have the paperwork. It was like the watch was previously purchased and was returned without the manual and warranty card. A lot of the protective material was missing off the watch as well. Any help would be much appreciated after talking with customer service and three times to the actual store that shipped it. Desperately seeking help!
