Gauze Maxi Dress

Beautiful dress and fit. But not lined and complete see through. I thought a white gauze dress would have been lined, very disappointed because I loved everything about the dress.

This is a nice summer dress with pockets that is also machine washable and 100% cotton. The dress runs large. I first ordered this in medium, which was way too big. Went to a small. That fit and was easy to get on and off (because this is an over the head and shoulders type of dress), but the torso area, especially the neckline and armholes were a little big. I was adjusting in the mirror, which usually means you'll end up adjusting throughout the day. Xsmall fits and looks good. But, it'a bit snug trying to get it on and it's definitely harder to get it off. Machine washable, but it WILL SHRINK in the dryer. I would say that it shrinks about a full size in the torso. Length also shortens, but hard to say if the width in the skirt does as well. But it definitely does not look as "right" after it shrinks. So buy your size and just understand that you CANNOT dry this. Also, I had a concern that the neckline seam would need to be ironed because there is a sizable hem along the neckline. Fortunately, it does not need to be ironed. Purchased and kept this in black. Tried on the yellow. Not see-thru per se, especially since I wear a slip anyway. But, the pockets show through the dress on the yellow.

Great summer dress, but I have to return it as it's a bit sheer for my taste.

It’s completely see-through! So disappointing as it’s a lovely summer dress. Light and airy. Such a shame that it couldn’t be lined. I have no interest in wearing an additional layer especially during the summer! Bummer.

Love the light, gauze material for summer. Very flattering fit. I usually wear a small but this was a bit big and reordered it in XS. Fit great.

The white is a bit transparent, but also gauzy and airy. I pair with a skims bodysuit and I’m set. Loved the cut so much, I jumped when navy was available. Can’t wait to wear! Normally a medium/large. Hourglass shape, purchased a medium and it fits well.
