Strap Drop is not 20”
Was so excited to find a tote that had longer straps so it wouldn’t sit so close to my underarm. Well, got the tote and found it was close to my armpit. Was so disappointed!!! Maybe it was an 8” drop? Returning it. Wish the website had the correct information!!!
