Perfect for Kentucky weather
I’ve looked for this type of coat for over a year. We used to call them ‘car coats’. Perfect for driving around and running errands. Since weather here in Louisville doesn’t usually get really cold, it’s perfect. I’m a 14 and there was plenty of room for a heavier sweater underneath for colder weather.

right arm is sewn shut
I am and have been a Frye fan for years, and was pretty excited to receive this coat. As I was trying to put it on, I couldn’t find the arm hole. You know why? Because there isn’t one! Even for a rack item, this should not happen. The worst part? Tried starting a return on the app, and I have to pay $10 dollars to return it (unless I do it in person). I get this is a one off, but that’s just silly.

This coat is not too heavy and is very comfortable. I’m 5’4 and 145 lbs. Originally I ordered a medium but it was a little snug in the shoulders. I returned it for a large and liked the fit much better. I will be able to wear a sweater underneath comfortably.

Boxy
I really wanted to like this coat. The color and material were really nice and I’ve been looking for a jacket in this material with a hood. However, it just looked like a boxy sack on. Not flattering at all.

Better than Expected!
I really like the look and feel of this coat. It is incredibly versatile and can be worn for wide range of temputres. Anywhere from 35 to 60°F. I have used it running errands and I’ve also worn it to parties and I’ve gotten compliments. Hood is nice and big without being overwhelming. I like the pocket placements and the buttons as well. I am 5 foot, weigh 122 pounds- the extra small fit perfectly. I would say if you’re in between size definitely size down as this brand tends to run big. I’m usually in between an extra small and a small so I figured the extra small would be better and I was right. The sleeves are a tad long, but I honestly prefer it that way. Get it!
