Shoes arrived with left inside zipper broken and zipper part in ziploc. Looks like it failed inspection but still shipped to me

Not the old Frye
Didn’t fit or feel like the old Frye pair I had of these. I decided to return and pay to have my old ones fixed up. Seems like manufactured in new location and felt like private equity buying a brand and then messing with production to increase profits and flip it. Hate to see an iconic brand take a step down but have heard from a store here that was a dealer that they have also moved away from Frye given quality issues.

Poor quailty Boots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boots were delivered and they have scratches on one boot and it looks like they have been worn. The last pair that I bought didn’t have the amount of wear that this set has. There is a very deep crease on one of the boots. Looks terrible, not sure how it made it through Quality Control.

Deffective
I’m returning them, they had stitching coming undone, bunched up and there were irregularities on the inside cuts of leather and zipper placement. Poor QC.
I loved the style though. The fit was hard to get on. Would have needed a show horn. Maybe they would have loosened.
Definitely had a handmade feel, kinda in a good way but then in a bad way with the stitching and messed up cuts inside
