Wide calves not wide enough
Although they are called wide calf boots, the zipper didn’t make it very far up. My calves aren’t HUGE, but usually wide-calf boots for them.

Perfect right out of the box
Buying these was bitter sweet, I’d never needed wide calf before. That said, I love them. They are the perfect size, width and feel. Some of my Frye boots and shoes need to be worn in, but not these. I love the feel and look. I got so many compliments

Great boots!
I usually wear a size 9 & have a very high arch. I like adding a small insole when I can, but with boots there is usually Not room. These were just a little wide which was perfect for me. The insert that I added helps so much & the boots are ridiculously comfortable. The wide calf leaves plenty of room to tuck in jeans. I just wish they were available in black & I’d buy another pair!

Best boots ever!!
This is my second pair, I purchased first pair on a layover (Im a Flight Attendant) and they fit like a glove, am now on pair 2 and are so comfortable to wear with my uniform all day!!

I absolutely love these boots.
I absolutely love these boots. I’ve always had problems finding ones that fit since I had thick ankles & calves. These fit perfectly. I was so excited when I tried them on & they zipped over my ankle no problem. then I tucked my jeans in & they zipped on up. I could keep going on about how much I love these boots. Perfect size, fit & as always the great Frye quality. These aren’t my first Frye boots & certainly won’t be my last.
