one foot is bigger than the other
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the overall experience. While I understood that the item was marked as final sale, I did not expect to receive a defective and unusable product. Sending a pair of shoes labeled as size 10 on both the left and right, yet clearly manufactured in different sizes, is unacceptable. This reflects very poorly on your quality control and customer integrity. As a result, I will not be purchasing from your store again.

This is a well-made boot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well-made boot that is high-quality like past Frye boots that I have purchased. It does run big: I usually wear a size 10, and I purchased this as 9. 5 and it is still long on the foot. The width and arch fits well. There is enough room to insert a small comfort/gel insole. They pictures of the leather look like a lighter brown than in person, which I thought was a better look than the lighter tan.

Good fitting but Bad smelling
The Size and Widths fits good.
I have six other pairs of frye Boots, two pair of Sneaker and one pair shoes from frye. All are perfect.
This boot has unfortunately a absolut bad smell of chemical or cheap colour. The Boots are on fresh air singe getting them on 16th of december. And they still smell Bad.
Please please change this Kind of production, otherwise i can Not buy Frye again…

Amazing.
Arrive well and beautiful. Only caveat, is the sizing. I have a wide foot, and I got a 9. It’s snug but if I go up a half the toe part will be too much. But I’m more than content regardless.
