Where's the foam?
Got them based on what some reviewers ""suggested"" about plenty of foam comfort. Am now thinking they might have been paid to say that or just plain lied. Foam in these shoes is a joke, just about like walking barefoot as far as support. Am so disappointed in the newer offerings from NB. In my opinion, they're now just coasting on their former top notch quality products but have severely cut the quality of raw materials to increase profits. When I moved 3 years ago I bought a couple pair of my favorities (1540 & 608) since after retiring I knew I'd not be able to afford those models. In those days, I spent most of the day standing. Now in retirement, am doing a lot of walking. These shoes are terrible for walking (I have flat feet) and even with orthotic inserts cannot walk more than a block or two (usually go 1.5-2 miles), plus getting them off is more of a challenge than I need at 76! If you just sit or walk around home all day, these would work.

Best shoes ever!
Most comfy shoes ever. I have a bad back and I'm a delivery driver, doing a lot of wandering around apartment complexes looking for addresses and running up and down stairs with my hands full. These are so light weight but supportive, no back pain or foot pain with these at all. I even got an extra pair to wear around the house for when I'm doing housework!
