Perfect!
I’ve been looking for a plaid shift style dress. This hits the mark! Love the off-center buttons. This was an easy decision to keep. When I say this fits small, it really just fits how I think a size 0 should. I often end up needing a size 00 because size 0 clothing tends to fit larger than it did years ago. This dress fit just right! I’m fairly small chested so those who are busty might find the bust area tight.
