Pleated Cotton Shirtdress

The style of the dress is attractive, but the quality of the construction is extremely poor, even for fast fashion. The sleeve cuff is not set-in as it should be but is simply turned over to form the cuff so that the ragged seam edge shows under the armhole and on the inside of the cuff. I reviewed all the dresses in my wardrobe, and not one had this cheap construction—an all-time low for fast fashion. The buttons are plastic painted gold, not real metal. I always wear small to medium dresses, but I needed a large in this one, and even then it didn't fit properly. The cotton is cheap. I really hope merchandising inspects this dress and looks elsewhere for other brands that are better made.
