Tiny Button-Up Top

I ordered the brown top in size small. I’m 5 feet 5 inches and 111 pounds. I’m small but when I tried this top on the arm ripped away from the shoulder as if I was huge. The seams just aren’t made well. I took it to be repaired but truth be told this blouse looks really old and worn out. I know that’s kind of the design but the brown just looks faded and my husband said it looked like I got it at the thrift store. Yikes.

I love the style of this Free People shirt. I often purchase their clothes because they're attractive while also being very comfortable. This shirt is a softer shade of white which is flattering on my fair skin. I usually get a size S for free people but it wasn't available so I purchased the M and it fits beautifully. It's not too snug and I can even wear a slim tee underneath if I want. That said, a S would have been fine too. For reference I'm 5'8" and 140 lbs. I love the sleeves. They have a long "cuff" like design to it almost making it similar to the look of a French cuff. The dark stitching on the arms and on the detail around the buttons also give the shirt a subtle edgy look. I put it on right out of the package so the creases from being folded are still there but it wasn't too wrinkly and I actually kept it on for the night! Love this top.
