So disappointed…
I was excited to receive this purchase in anticipation of wearing it as a staple piece in my Winter wardrobe but, was horribly disappointed when the item did not arrive because it was lost in the delivery process. And to make matters worse, this item is no longer available in my size! The only remedy that Nordstrom Rack could offer was to refund me for their mishap. I guess it’s the least they could do under the circumstances. I just wish they could have notified me sooner before it ran out if stock!! Oh well…
