buttons pull apart
I wish I would’ve regarded the reviews that talked about the buttons pulling apart. I thought id be the exception, but wasn’t. I have a small chest, and still each button was puckering so badly that you could see my chest/skin/bra in between each button. Very comfortable fabric so I’m disappointed. Sizing is true for free people (always size up with them haha)

Perfect, Flattering, Versital
Cannot say anything negative about this top. At 5-6, 135, 36C I liked the size XL since this has nice, natural cotton, which we all know shrinks. I like a tad of roomie-ness, not ultra tight so got bigger size. It worked. It is not baggy but not ultra skin hugging when I sized up. So when it shrinks which h is normal, it will still fit. Love the cotton with some stretch. This top’s buttons are just fine. Ignore the other reviews. Just put the top in over the head and stop playing with buttons. But regardless I have never had a problem with these buttons on the three colors I purchased. I like how this top can be a u-neck, v-neck or just button to top depending on the even it can be modest at neckline and bottom or tad sexy at neck and bottom with unbuttoned. You get to decide. One can also wear a camo under it to open up too like a short sleeve cardigan. The material is NOT cheap, thin cotton. It has a thicker feel which is great So it is NOT see-thru. The price is GREAT. East with Jean or cotton shorts, linen or flowery skirts, on top of short sleeve dresses to hide arms or shoulders, or again again as a cardigan over a camisole. I just wear it buttoned up with few unbuttoned at top and a jean skirt, white modern shorts, natural color shorts and a crossbody or top handle handbag with a purse scarf and wedge sandals. Looks so modern, feminine, hip depending on how you wear it. Love the colors.

very cute, but the arm holes are painful
This top is super cute on, but it’s super painful. The arm holes are super tight. Other than that, it looks cute, but it’s too painful to wear especially for someone who is picky about comfort like me. I normally wear a small and if I went up in size it would be too big

Soft & Short
People will tell you that the dupes for this Free People top are just as good. They are not. They are not nearly as soft. This tee is so soft, and comfortable, and the dupes I have tried have been very stiff and uncomfortable. It does run short, so maybe size up. I wish they made one in a slightly less cropped style also.
