Awkward Fit
I wanted to love these. The material is soft and the pattern/wash is gorgeous in the distressed railroad stripe. The cut though is where it fails. I have the Citizens of Humanity Horseshoe and these are no dupe. They give a weird diaper effect across the stomach/crotch while gapping at the back, and the thighs are tighter while the leg balloon is a wider, stranger, less flattering cut. Both my second and third opinion agreed. Too bad because although they’re not organic denim, they’d be a great choice for less investment if the cut was better.

cutest and comfy pants!
This is my 3rd pair of free people barrel jeans and I love them. Definitely the comfiest pair of jeans to wear. Looks great with fitted and even oversized tops. I got my regular size so they sit on my hips. Go get them !!
