FP Movement Hot Shot Crossover T-Shirt & Joggers Set

My mother in law got this for me for my birthday to wear post partum (baby due a month after my bday). While I haven’t worn it out yet I did try it on and the bottoms fit below the belly and the top will fit better when the belly is gone lol. I was surprised the medium fit me bc I’m usually an XS and figured a S would work for post partum, so i do think it runs small. Also, it runs long in the pants!! I’m 5 1 and need to majorly get them tailored. The material is super comfy tho and I look forward to the comfy but put together look of this.

I love Free People. I love the color and material however the blouse was unraveling at the bottom of the crossover blouse. It’s a stretchy material so I am sure it would continue to unravel the more it was worn. Took it back but I was more disappointed to know that the color was now out of stock.

I got this with a gift card since it’s something I wouldn’t normally buy. The top is pretty fitted, but as someone with a DD bust, it actually works because it won’t fly up and expose your bra like some crop tops do. I’m 5’2” with a pretty short torso so it isn’t giving a lot of exposed skin like some of the model images, but that’s fine with me. Just know that if you have a longer torso you are going to have a lot more exposed real estate. The pants are a looser fit, but with the elastic at the ankle, it’s very easy to customize where they land on you. I’d also say they are flattering on your butt-not too saggy. Really cute and as someone else commented, lots of options to wear together or separately. Also the fabric itself is soft but feels weighty.

A cute and comfortable set that can be dressed down or elevated (trainers vs platform slides, hoodie vs blazer + jewelry) . You can also wear the pieces as separates - shirt with shorts or wide leg jeans, pants with a bandeau. Many outfits in one and the slightly faded fabric wash is so easy to wear.
